Anyone know where i could hook up the wires for a 96 Chevy 1500?2wd 5.7 if that matters

so this is pretty funny. i got the n2 unit used from a friend and when i installed it it would open the face but nothing would happen only power button and the thing to open screen(sounds familiar to u) so i read online about the flex cable. i sent the unit in took forever to get it back wheni called they said there was cosmetic damages (also sounds familiar) they said there was a chip on it (hmmm) there is a chip on the top right corner of the flip out part. when i got the unit back it worked but now with a chip of course. then i ran into the problem of barely any sound coming out with it

so i got this unit used first problem it had was the flex cable, sent that in for the recall and got it fixed for free. then found out there was a sound problem from the main power connector where all the wires are so ended up getting a 4 channel amp and running the speakers from the rca cables on back . Now i am having issues with the cd thing. when i try to insert a cd it doesnt automatically feed the cd in i have to push and then use tweezers to push it all the way in and when ejecting the cd i have to use tweezers to pull it out. Any Comments or suggestions would be good thanks
