bobD - It works ok here using IE8, Firefox and Opera in XP Pro. Try closing your browser, clearing all cookies and cache and try it again.. failing that try another browser like Firefox etc. Session error is usually cache problem though imo.

Yep i know.. see how the unit looks tomorow when i get it installed, may update it to firmware 2.0 using the normal non hacked way of doing it first (if it doesnt ship with 2.0 already) and then from there decide if it like it or not. I can see me spending a while reading up on here about the after market hacks. Is is possible to PM me where you got the other maps from the other source for this ? I've come from an all updated Tom Tom (which i still have) to this which potentially has 2007 maps installed

I actually didnt think there would be a problem with cross compatibilty and also thought the .co.uk site was basically a mirror of the .com but it seems not Anyone from the UK found a UK release of the official Pioneer version ?

I didnt look on the USA site.. Reason being i'm from the UK and was looking on the .co.uk site of which there doesnt seem to be a "store" section - correct me if im wrong. My next question is, is there a store section on the UK site that ive not seen and if not will this USA version work on my UK model F700BT ? Hope someone can help

I've just been reading the 3.0 Retail, Official, Legit install post - do you think its better to go down that route or is this way just as good ?

Question.. I'm new here and just got my F700BT - Can someone point me to the place to get this Official Legit installation ? Also do you need to pay for it or is it free ?

I'm also new here and would like to get this working on my new F700BT - can someone please confirm if all i need to do is copy this to an SD card and let the system update in car OR do i need to get the testmode working and read up on how to mod/hack the unit to install it that way ? Also, how do i go about doing a backup on the current system files ? Before i bought this unit i presumed it was all stored on the SD card, but when i got the unit a few days ago i realised that it doesnt come with an SD card, only a protection blank - Please bear in mind this isnt installed in my car yet (Wil
