  1. I bought the SCVDOC thinking I could use my old stilletto to get the "instant replay" function working... well, not only did it NOT give me the 'instant replay' function that it SHOULD have done, the SCVDOC + Stilletto increased my boot time by nearly 30 seconds! It went back to normal after disconnecting it and reconnecting the SCC1 which I have yet to activate... Anyone else tried a similar setup and achieved better functionality? Perhaps with a different radio connected to the SCVDOC1?
  2. This is from page 154 of the manual: "The “Instant Replay” function allows you to replay the stored broadcast on Pioneer SIRIUS BUS INTERFACE (if Pioneer SIRIUS BUS IN- TERFACE capable for this function). As soon as you tune to a channel, Pioneer SIRIUS BUS INTERFACE automatically begins storing the broadcast. It can store approximately up to 44 minutes previous (depending on the selected channel and the memor y capacity of Pioneer SIRIUS BUS INTERFACE)." This seems clear to me that the manual says its the BUS INTERFACE that does the storing of the instant replay fun
  3. Ive never owned a Sirius radio that did NOT have the rewind feature... there is nothing on any of the documentation that I saw that stated that this was not included with the SCC1.... very frustrating.
  4. Does it say this anywhere in the documentation? I swear I did not see it if its there... now I bought a SCC1 thinking that I would get this functionality with the CDSB10, and now I have to see if 6ave will exchange it for the SCVDOC1 and a DIFFERENT radio? I should have just got XM instead
  5. I tried everything you guys have mentioned but still had no luck in getting that damn mute wire out.... so, I took a length of the 'pink' wire extention that came with the unit and stripped off about 10mm and slid it in the slot next to the mute wire. I used a piece of leftover stripped insulation to wedge the wire in place making sure it seated to the very end so that I could see copper from the pin-side and threaded the wire into the ziptie on the harness. I then used a small needle about the size of the pins on the HU to make a path between the copper strands for the pin to follow. Co
  6. I bought the Sirius setup to go along with the Z110 because of the 'rewind' feature, but I had no idea that the presets didnt show up! This is a HUGE pisser for me... now I have to see if I can exchange it with 6ave for the XM unit. Can't believe that Pioneer would charge $1500 + another $100+ for a system that can't show the freakin presets! Anyone want to buy the Sirius bus with the Sirius connect? (never even been opened yet)
  7. Holy crap! The Sirius presets dont show up on the preset list??? Sheesh, this might be a dealbreaker for my wife... Is it the same for the XM?
  8. This is great stuff or guys like me who live too far away from places that have this in stock and on display... I've seen your vids on both the Kenwoood and now the Z110, and I really appreciate them all. Ive read the user manual an the z110, but I still cant get a sense of how easy/user friendly the sirius/xm interface is... especially navigating the presets. Could you comment (or post a vid/screenshots if you have the time) on how user-friendly the presets for sat radio is? My wife will be the main user of this in our conversion van, and the things she will use most frequently will
