thisi is what you should do To get to the service menu hold Power and Reset for 5 sec. Passcode is MAP,MAP,MENU,Enter (center of joystick),MENU,Enter Once in Service Menu the reset button is the only way of navigating. Short push move through options. Thanks for the mods. I have the MSN working I did not have a signal before and now that I do I was able to get my number and register. Thanks. indubitably I have this working on a F500bt, I had the same problem you did earlier with the layer error. I have done different things but I think what worked is making sure my orginal license file is in the license folder. Don't delete the license file that is already there just add your orginal to it. I am running with hacked 3.0 and Diaftia's mods. Do you have 3.0 yet?

Is it possible to mod the map to add speed limits? may be dumb question but thought I would ask.

does it have to get a signal to show the number. right now I don't get any number at the bottom. but I also don't have any signal. no tuned station no tuning status no region last packet is all 0 except time is 12:00 build version is blank.

How do i get the speed limit sign on my nav like your image posted earlier. I have enabled it in the setting but all i get is the My speed and Elevation. Also how do I get my MSN number? Do I have to go back to my orginal software to get the key then perform the mods? Thanks,
