I i am going to purchase a d1 or d2 , do i need the pioneer xm module if i dont want to do xm traffic. For just xm radio, can i run it through the factory module on my 07 trailblazer with bose?

Tried searching and couldnt find anything. I want ti get a z1 or d3 and run xm and gps through my factory xm antenna. I have a 07 trailblazer ss, and evryplace i asked said they can't do( which i figure is bs) and say i have to use a seperate antenna. I also have onstar which i need to keep in tact. Is this possible? Would i need the xm moduale, or would i just use the factorty one. It would be replaceing the bose 6 disk changer. Thanks
