sorry for the caps lock,I did z2 firmware update from pioneer website one for the z2 hard disk lock up problem and gracenote update after the update everything is saying like according to the pioneer website

HELLO EVERYONE, I AM HAVING PROBLEM WITH AVIC Z2 AFTER I DID THE FIRMWARE UPDATE,MY GPS VOICE GUIDANCE IS NOT WORKING,DOESN'T GIVE ME AN INFO WHAT ROAD I AM TRAVELING,NO DIRECTION ETC.SO I NEED HELP PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?THANK YOU
