Yeah it's a tough one to call but doubt it will happen. Just like you can't utilize any other app aside from Apple maps if you were to ask Siri for directions. Not sure if possible with a jailbreak though.

Thanks fruitbat! I had a couple more questions hoping someone could help out with. When powered up can the radio automatically pick up Bluetooth to stream audio or do you always have to select it? Anyone utilizing steering controls? Does it only work with a specific control unit or can you retrofit with exiting original manufacturer steering wheel controls? Thanks again for the time. Finally getting ready to pull the trigger on buying an AR since the 1st on was announced.

Can someone please tell us how long the AR4 takes to boot up? Much appreciated.

I know the unit is essentially a mini computer but you it would be nice for start up to be almost instant. My wife has a 2103 Ford Explorer with Sync and that boots up and starts playing music within seconds. Could you incorporate a keyless entry to start up accessories in your car so that by the time you get in the car the system is essentially already booted up? Or would the unit basically restart once you start the car? Not that tech savvy enough to understand all that could be involved here. Looking to buy this unit as well so any insight is appreciated. So i would assume that there is no warranty for buy.com either? Where is the cheapest place to get it with a warranty? I also seen on Pioneer website that you can get $200 off from an authorized dealer but Im thinking that any of those dealers are gonna have high prices...?

Where is the best (and cheapest) place to get it installed that knows wtf they are doing to get all my steering controls to work...?
