    DVIX

Does anyone knows if there is a "DVIX code" for the "z110BT"?? if so how to get it?
  3. thats lot of money ($50) for a remote.... i have not test that one in particular but .... did you know that Pioneer makes one for that line of radios (AVIC-Z) it is only $20 wireless (CD-SR1) and support most of the features of that radio?? check this link http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/ ... ols/CD-SR1
  4. ...sorry for the lack of deatails... that cable is an add-on to the cable already supply with the radio...i hava a toyo tundra with bench seats and a "center Fold Down console" i routed the radio cable under the carpet of the truck coming thru the center of my console with plenty of room to slide the seats and with the ipod cable addon to it. I can still hold my phone with my left hand touchin the driver seat glasswindow.... hope this helps... btw... the tundra from the radio to center arm console is way further than the ...vett... so you should have plenty of cable left...
  5. HEY FOUND IT! YELLOW/red stripe the computer located behind the glove compartment from Left to right 3RD main connector (i think is the center one) it has less wires than the others YELLOW with a RED Stripe It comes right from the sensor it self
  6. Agree JUST reset your XM or Sirius. XM has a reset Sw for that issue...Sirius..i dont know at all
  7. Also the E-break warning could be because your installer only connected the E-break cable with out using the speed sensor. I had that issue too. Contacted Pionner with my details they all told me that the warning goes away as soon i connect the spd wire. By the way you had a newbie installer...
  8. Hi all, i got a little experience changing DVD region settings on some drives.... The problem with this radio MOST likely is only the DRIVE used in it... Some CD and DVD drives will accept a "flash" by just inserting the flash in to the drive and rebooting it... ( I am NOT TALKING ABOUT FLASHING THE RADIO!!) just the CD/DVD drive.. that i know no one has taking the unit apart and see if they could use another drive instead of the original (ONE THAT IS UNLOCK) or a drive with your REGION CODE... but if someone gets the spec’s of the drive you could ask at the web….CDFREAKS they been modding dr
  9. the cable needit is CD-IU50V check http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/ ... d/CD-IU50V for more details
  10. those wire are veh specific.. you need to tap into those wires to get the signals required.... the "rear" one ...well am gussing you are refering to rear speakers...are you??
  11. ...check the format of the drives you are using....NTFS...?? try FAT32
  12. the unit has a cable terminal with USB and a video jack at the end of it. At the place you buy the unit askthem for the ipod cable.it is about a foot long. it will be added to the end of the mentioned cable
  13. This radio has no options for outside the US. sell it while you can and get the EU one.
  14. Mine was installed without a bypass. The guy who installed bypass it by not connecting the speed sensor then grounded the e-break and mute cables. It works. Make sure to reset or clear settings after
  15. Yes! Disconect the e-break cable and ground it and the speed sensor leave it disconected then ground the mute cable restore or clear all settings on the radio
