I just updated my Z120BT with the instructions provided (and reading the complete thread) and had no issues. I then proceeded to update my X930BT in my daily driver, and again had no problems. Thanks for providing the information. Ian

Go to Pioneer's website. Select Support. Under Car, select GPS Navigation. At ths top of the list, there is a button saying "View Previous Models".
