Thanks so much guys and avic411. Just upgraded my f90bt to 3.0 using Ray303 idea with the thumbdrive. Works Perfectly!! Now im on to upgrading to 3.02

Did you get your firmware from the european pioneer site?? It looks like they have 2 firmwares available/ 1 for the avic f900bt and one for the avic f910bt.. Just to verify you downloaded the one for the 910bt instead of the 900bt?

Here's the link for the torrent site with the Pioneer 3.0 update (CNSD-100FM) Super quick download. So if what your saying is true I can boot with the second disk first and this will update my unit to 3.02?? I currently have 2.0 installed as of now. I didn't think there was any way around the password protection...
