look around on the site for wince files. You need to put the 2 files on the root of your sd card and go into service mode reset,eject,map,and menu at the same time. insert sd card and go to wince update wait till it downloads then it will say reset or it will reset its self i forget. Put the pioneer sd update in then it will automatically update and should take 100% thats what fixed it for me. god luck
