Scratch my comment from yesterday - I tried again and it worked just like the directions said. I realize now I had missed the step where you go into service mode. Pressing 3 buttons and reset all at once was a little tricky! Anyway - looks like I'm good to go- many thanks!

After you press reset for 5 seconds, and it goes to the splash screen - how long should you have to wait the first time for it to boot up? I've waited a long time and it stays on the splash screen. I'm running a f700bt - any ideas?
