Just couldn't let this post go without letting you know I had the same problem with some DVD's that I tried to load on my F700BT. Here's my notes to my self that I made last week that works for my problem videos (some videos weren't so finicky and didn't require these exact settings). You'll need the following freeware dow

I had the same thing audio was good video in slow motion. use a program called "any dvd converter" and use the setting as described in previous post "avic-700bt mp4 sound but no video" they go into detail on what the settings should be. 9. is there any way to view sd movies played from the deck to be viewed to a external monitor (back seat) i see the 900bt has a seperate plug for external monitor. am i able to put the 900 rca plug into the 700 rca spot or am i S O L.
  10. thanks I will try that. also just wanted to say GREAT SITE thanks for all the help with some of the other issues I had.
  11. I have a palm 755p connected to my f700bt. every now and then when i try to make a call from the contacts on the deck the call does not come through the deck. it is being made on the phone it self. i can hang up try again it works. also if i make a call through the phone through the contacts it comes through on the deck as unknown. when i do it this way it almost always works. the deck is updated with the latest version. the VR works with everything else except the phone mode. is this a deck issue or a palm "smart" phone issue.
