You'd be better off doing it your self than let the hacks at best buy or circuit city do it. It is as involved as the other guy said. I did it on the New Cherokee and commander, not a fun job. And your right , you get what you pay for. Get it done right

There is no speed sense wire on the new platform Fords. You dont need it anyway.Pioneer Navis work fine in learn mode. But if you want, Alpine makes a speed pulse generator that you mount over the rear wheelwell in the trunk.

I've done these before in our shop, its easy, you can order the bezel from Honda or Metra, Honda is a better piece. use the brackets that hold your stock radio to the bezel and your in. The rest is just wiring.(get the metra harness too

Remove the yellow/black mute wire from the a/v harness and insert it into the empty pin next to it, then ground it with the light green parking brake wire and the regular ground wire. Done

The real way to bypass is to re-pin and ground the mute wire along with the parking brake wire. If you only ground the parking brake you will lose function at about 5 mph. Did it yesterday and worked like a champ.
