THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR THIS! Updated my maps and fixed my bluetooth! I tried doing the recommended bluetooth update thru pioneer last year and it totally killed my bluetooth and pioneer wanted to charge me $200 to fix it. Yeah pay them $200 cuz they messed up my bluetooth wwwhack This saved me a lot of money I will definitely donate on my next paycheck

Does pioneer have a suggestion box? The AVIC already has built in bluetooth Why not take it a step farther and allow remote controll through bluetooth for our phones? Id gladly pay extra for that function! what about gorilla glass for the screen instead of the stuff it has now that scratches when one breathes on it. Id glady pay extra for that aswell! and what about getting rid of music sphere and just using the ipod/iphone's genius feature. wouldn't pay extra for that but would like the option

I'd say about 70% of the time when I get in my car "VR Directory being created" comes up and I cant go through my iPod. I have 25k songs so it feels like it updates during my entire trip, it is a real pain in the butt. The other 30% of the time it'll say "Updating VR Directory" which only lasts like a minute if even that so that doesn't bother me. Is there anyway to disable this feature? (z120BT)
