yeah navigations are like that. this was the reason i didnt want to get one after using a magellan 700 unit. it would not know all the streets and would give the wrong directions in which i knew personally a quicker way of getting to the destination. to me the navi only is good if your totally lost and have no way to getting to another source of map. but with the new z1 it said it was smart so im giving it a chance.

that is wierd? im near that area too. ill check that out when i go there.

i have a freind who just ordered a z1. he is basically getting it on tuesday. tonight he just told me he was downloading a bunch of mp3 songs for the new unit. i told him a few info about the unit in the past becuase he doesnt like to research, or even read. such as the ability to store music on the hard drive. well i also mention that the unit only does it with original store bought ccd's. he insisted that it will store it even with a home made mp3 cd. i kept on saying it doesnt work that way. he kept on saying he can make it work. the knowledge this guy has is basically highschool level so h

if the title is longer will it scroll automatically or do you have to hit some button everytime? also will it show title and artist name and channel name all the same time on the screen?

i know what u are feeling and going through. i recently ordered a custom box for my trunk. well it seems like they used the box that contained the product as a standing stool or sitting chair. it was crushed down. the box was about 1.75 ft squared all around. the item inside was damaged. so i got the company i ordered from to take care of it but now i am still waiting for the new one. he wanted me to send the old one back. i just got an email and they said the box looked like they trashed it. boooo and hisssss to UPS delivery service.

i had read about that feature. i thought it was a feature that was on the head unit itself.

what is the difference between the two sirius tuners? any new updates. is there feature differences? was not sure which one i should buy

are u taking credit cards yet? what wire should i hook it up to if i want it to flash only when i start up the unit. example: lets say i turn on the car with the radio off. i then drive for about 10 mins or soo. i then decide to listen to the radio. i now turn on the radio. of course i would need it to flash. what wire should i hook it up too? i assume the z1 doesnt have a 12v comming out of it only a remote but i dont even know what the volt is for that. do you? or is there another wire that has 12volts comming out of it?
