I had the same problem with my 06 civic. When I turned on my headlights the subs would hum. It turned out that it was the RCA cable to the sub amp was touching ground behind the radio. Try removing the radio and make sure you wrap the RCA's with black electrical tape.

I always go to NVS Audio, in Elizebeth, NJ. They do great work and prices are great. I just had my D3 installed this past weekend.
