I thought so. But it is the orginal drive which I am trying to use.windows must have done something when I was trying to access data in XP. Imaged drive has not been even plugged in. I think I have stuffed up my unit.

After suuceesful imaging the orginal HDD reconnized anymore. HDD access failed. Anyone had same issue? What to do now?

Sorry to dig up old thread but is there any map data disc for australia? Or does anyone know what is the map data format? Clrion using same OS and file system as AVIC.

Credit goes to the person who posted this thread. Top job. Successfully unlocked my clarion NAX970HD nav unit. I can now access data. Took a backup. Now this unit was sold in US and has only US maps. Now where I can find the map data for australia. so close.....
