  1. I think they are all different. I have nothing but problems with my 6700. my friend let me use his treo 700w for the week and I have yet to have a single dropped connection. strange. thanks for your input. how do you delete paired phones from the Z.
  2. that's the exact problem that I have with my XV6700. That's why I'm looking to replace it with a different PDA Phone. I might get the Motorola Q, and I'd for it to have the same problem.
  3. thank you very much for that info. anyone else have luck?
  4. has anyone gotten a chanse to test the new motorola q cell phone with the bluetooth adapter? i currently have a XV6700 w/Verizon, and afer about 3 minutes it consistently drops the BT connection.
  5. Thanks for the advice guys. This whole process has been mind numbing. I wonder if Pioneer will ever come out with a 5.1 processor that is fully compatible with the Z1. Thanks again.
  6. Hi, I have installed the bluetooth, avic-z1, & q8000 Multi-channel Processor with the controler. The problem is that when the Z1 is in the 5.1 sound mode the cell phone conversation no longer comes through my speakers. The people can still hear me, but I can't hear them. The Z1 also doesn't mute when a call comes in either! I called pioneer and they were no help. Has anyone else had this problem. Am I out of luck? Thanks!
  7. Wow, I lucked out too by ordering mine last night. I don't think that the price increase is bad at all though for what your "little black box" does for all of us! Thanks a bunch!!!!
  8. Hello, I just purchased one from you man! My email Address for paypal is mmansell@comcast.net. I trust you got my payment. I signed up on here after I paid you. I get my Z1 tomorrow! Thanks for all of the hard work you have put into these units!
