nevermind. after i turned off the vehicle and when back after 5 minutes, it worked.

5.Press & hold left upper corner of the “Service Information†screen for a few seconds. This did not work for me either. Have the AVIC X920BT. Any Ideas. No errors during firmware update. Anything I can check to see if the firware update worked?

How do you upgrade it. micro sd? I dowloaded the Firmware Update AVICX920BT but instructions on web are for Z series and the folder is call AVICZ110. Will this work. If you have a link to a guide to update firmware i would appreciate it. Thanks.
