Ohh thats good news Thats why backup is so important .. Even if you had brick, now we know that you can easy get it back to work Try again to install hackmode, try again without replacing PRG1 with PRG0! Maybe stock genuine pioneer update doesnt need to replace PRG1, maybe only cracked update! Figure out what went wrong with your unit, and post your thoughts!

v1.0 ready! it will be 'base' version, i will release auto-updates/patches from now on PS. about gps port - tried to run GpsGate, PortSplitter - with no success.. Keep on pushing further!! ---edit: I've dumped full registry. Found interesting two DWords: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\AplSetup\Launch.exe (1) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Start\dummy (1) Its the first time i saw 'start\dummy' dword. Maybe it causes our windows to be such 'handicaped'? And about 'AplSetup\Launch.exe' - i think that maybe this could give us working/free gps port? I can change the values, but after reboot it

Replaced Navi.exe runs automatically, then after some seconds AV process comes to front, when you want to switch to nav it goes black I've got all time long new ideas to get gps to work, just keep on trying 1) I will make shortcut to auto-make-testmode-sd and enter , 2) tried already some other splitter-thing without success, ok, will try Glopos later 3) control panel is not working correctly, but for now i think its wince 5, 4) I will make version for USB later this weekend or maybe sd&usb, both in one 5) F30BT - my maaan i've got this unit Thanks for feedbac

v.0.2 up! PS. I can make version with shortcut on the desktop which will automatically 'make' pioneer testmode on SD which is inserted, restart unit and enter pioneer service mode, it would be simply 'ENTER SERVICEMODE'. Fast jump to service mode. Do you need something like this? PS2. I was looking through registry, and found gps is connected with some files in NAND2 or NDATA... i dont remember exactly, but it was GPS folder with some gpspara files etc. We've got to look at this! I tried to put iGO8.exe as Navi.exe - runs ok, NO GPS, fail; I tried to use some SirfTech.exe util, to

I think that you need special-named empty file to get into TestMode? There are some key files in TestMode 2.3 like: 63D21BEFE088433dBE3CF942347464C7, 164C549550B84211BA8C4B84AC5C0081, etc. You need the correct file to get access to TestMode. There is available firmware for F310BT, you can search for someone who maybe took off the key from fws? Another option is to modify firmware update with my prepared files, to get hackmode, but its risky without having access to standard pioneers testmode! br condi

No no, it was a test, wrong test, forget it You just do something wrong :> /USER/PRG0/Apl/Av.exe <-- stock exe, delete. then copy: /USER/PRG0/Apl/Av.exe /USER/PRG0/Apl/Av.mscr /USER/PRG0/Apl/MortScript.exe /USER/PRG0/Apl/cecmd.exe /USER/PRG0/Apl/Restart.exe /SDMMC/HACKMODE.KEY <--- this is how it should be, correct path for copied hackfiles. Check if everything is in correct place.

Have you tried standard TestMode 2.3? GGV1345 has got TestMode directory with NNTestMode.exe, like in TestMode 2.3. Try it

Hmm Z130BT copy Is this means that you tested HACKMODE on this model? I think that I know why you have problems to jump into normal software. It can be caused by z110-to-z120 upgrade. I think that your PRG1 is from old firmware. You should try to: 1) make another copy of your backup PRG0 directory, 2) rename unmodified copy of PRG0 to PRG1, 3) delete PRG1 from the avic, 4) copy prepared PRG1 to avic (should be with same content as PRG0), 5) delete from PRG0 Av1.exe, Av.mscr, and copy the old HACKMODE files. Please post the results. Br Condi

1) you dont have PRG1 directory in your system? if yes then try attached modified test version (with your Av.exe), let me know if it works, 2) its hard to hit the close button, try with pen or stylus, if not - then search for the calibration of touchscreen (calibration - was it in pioneers service menu?) 3) i've got to look into it - maybe its concerned in total commander app... or... maybe not 4-6) yes same in my unit, will look into it. Also If you could upload your system backup, or at least write directory structure, like: NAND/PRG0/Apl/; NAND/PRG1/Apl; NAND2.., NAND/Apl etc. Whe

No problem post here is it working ok for you, and on which unit! Hmm.. I think yes of course it will need a lot of work but I think that this can be done For now we've got very handy entrance into hackmode Im not at home, mountains till wednesday, I've got few ideas about gps port, will work on this when I come home! Exactly good beginning about Av.exe - it runs another copy of this executable from PRG1, so it runs exactly your version Take a look into your backup and compare Av.exe from PRG0 and PRG1 if the files are identical? And btw thanks for posting results, nic

Hi guys, Tomorrow I will backup my units files and post it here. Today again - ten or more tries to get rid of that annoying AV app. Its time to go further, tomorrow I will make some risky thing with Av.exe. Wish me good luck, dont want to have expensive coffeecup stand :D I would like to give final solution, 100% usable, not only for limited 30s time. Its my no.1 objective PS. 10-18 in work, if I could have more free time... br condi ---edit: found some useful app for pc > "depends" - open .exe for wince, and check which libraries it needs tomorrow I w
