Yeah, I had the Z130 before and it was the same thing, BUT, I had a different phone. Is anyone using an aftermarket mic and had good results?

Well well well. Went out to the truck to switch it to USB1. Plugged it in, went to switch it to USB1. Accidently pushed it twice so it went back to USB2. BUT,,,,,,,,,, in the mean time, another lil window popped up and said transfered tags to iPod. Hmmmm wasn't sure what happened so I switched it to USB1, tagged a few songs, came in and plugged in iPod. When it synced up, all of the songs I tagged before were under 'tagged' in the Store. None of the new songs from tonight were there so they were on USB2. Long winded, yeah I know but it worked. Not sure how but it did.

Yep, I was just now reading that so that isn't my issue. Anybody else have any other things to try? I might try, for $hits n giggles, switching the tagging to USB1.

Here could be an issue but not sure. The iPod I have is an iPod Classic. I have looked around the net and I have seen some say that you have to use a 5th Generation Nano. Is there any truth to that?

I just tried mine again. No 'Tagged' playlist was created. I created a playlist called 'Tagged' and plugged my iPod back in. Nothing either.

I tried that area too. It was worse.

Moved my mic right infront of the speedometer. Did a test call to my office phone while driving. Said a few sentences, then put a piece of foam, that I made that fit over the mic itself. Said a few sentences. Made a call to someone. They told me to take it off of speaker that it sounded like I was in a tube. Got back to office and listened to my voicemail. Yep sounds like I'm in a tube with windows down.

I have my iPod on USB2, which is also how I have my headunit set to tag to. One thing ptkdude mentioned is that the 'Tagged' playlist shows up under 'Store' not 'Playlists' like they say. I will check that this evening. I will also check under the 'Library'.

I have a few songs 'tagged' on my iPod. Supposedly when you connect the iPod to your computer, iTunes makes a new playlist called 'Tagged". I have tried syncing mine several times but I have never seen that new playlist. Is there another way to do it?

With mine people say it sounds like I have the windows down. Where is everybody mounting theirs? I have mine mounted above the rear view mirror.

I know this has been beat up in the past, but I'm gonna bring it up again. I had the Z130t now I have the 8000. Have there been any inprovements, findings of any better microphones? I am using the same microphone I had with the Z130 and it sucks pretty bad.

My sirus setting will not work. When I touch the Sirius button, it switches over to Sirius, but it will not switch channels or switch between Sirius 1, 2 or 3. It stays on that one channel, and no sound.

The mics suck. I have tried putting foam around the mic to baffle what people tell me sounds like I have my windows down. Hasn't helped. I have my mic mounted about the rearview mirror on the headliner.

This worked. Thanks. I wasn't waiting long enough for the HU to 'find' the phone. This time it even uploaded my contacts. My old EVO 4G never uploaded the contacts.

Yep, done that too.

I do that. When the HU shows up on the phone, I click it and it says "connection rejected by HU". Never even gives me the option to enter the passcode.

I have the new HTC EVO 4G LTE. Trying to get the bluetooth to connect. The phone keeps saying that the radio, Z130, is rejecting the connection. In the list of bluetooth devices on the radio, it won't even find it when searched. The phone finds it and pairs with it, but it will not connect. Any ideas anyone?

I have contacted Pioneer about this and they are of no help. 5 minutes sounds about right, but even trying 1 contact, 2 hours is stupid wrong.

I have the same issue, but I cannot even get my contacts to transfer via the Transfer Contacts button. My Contacts and Transfer Contacts buttons are grayed as well. Initially when my phone connects, the Transfer Contacts button highlights briefly. I have pushed it and followed the pattern to simply try to transfer 1 contact. It Syncronizes Contacts for 2 hours and never does the transfer.

EVO 4G here. I haven't noticed a status bar in the BT settings menu. Is there one on this phone somewhere else? I can't get my contacts transferred to my Z130. I just tried to transfer 1 contact from the phone and I do notice, in my notifications window, the triangle with the "!" in the middle. The explanation the phone gives is that the target device, Z130, does not allow this type of action.

Yeah, I have a similar problem with my Z130 and.my EVO 4G. I can get connected fine, but my contacts no longer will dowload/transfer.

Yeah, been there done that. .The HU BT is not going to be sending any info to the phone. I don't see how that would be possible. The transfer, of contacts, from the phone to the HU happens automatically, after it connects.
