You are definitely missing files. Should be ~241 files, and ~3.62GB Check the z140 folder on your computer, it should be closer to 3.62 - if it's not, redownload it and confirm. if it is, make sure it's ~3.62GB on your SD too, if not re-copy everything.

Not sure what to suggest. Do you have a different SD card you can try? Supposedly some just don't work. 4GB Sd cards are pretty cheap <$10 now so I'd pick up another one if you can't get this one to work. Only other thing I can suggest, is if your current SD card is larger than 4 gig, try formatting a 4GB partition, instead of formatting the ENTIRE SD card.

No. This error has nothing to do with the cardinfo file. You should be using whichever cardfile file that was on your SD when the update started, don't switch files. This has to do with reading your SD card. Either the avic doesn't like your SD card, or you are missing a file somewhere. Are you sure you reformatted correctly to fat32?

WinRAR - Winzip should be fine though. Re-format your SD card (fat32) re-copy all of the files to it, and try it again, you wont have to do the entire update again it'll re-scan to 98% and try to continue from there.

This error can be a couple things - 1.) your SD card is messed up. try reformatting the SD (fat32) and re-copying the files to it, make sure EVERY file copies over, if you miss 1, it'll fail 2.) are you on a MAC? if so try unzipping from a windows VM instead, my unarchiver in mac was corrupting a file

Just a note - I have a z130BT and this did NOT work for me. I used the stock one that was provided with the rest of the z140 files. If your system doesnt launch the upgrade within 15 seconds of putting the SD card in there, you have the wrong cardinfo file.

I fixed it. There must be something with my unarchiver in OSX - i unzipped the z140 files on my windows VM and it worked perfectly this time. Thanks, worked like a champ!

So I've run into a bit of a snag. Have a z130BT - patched the renewallFLib.dll file via testmode with no issue, inserted the SD with the z140 files on it, entered my new password, and it began to update. It got to 98% and then errored out saying 'Incorrect SD Card, Please insert SD card to continue' - when I take it out and put it in, it rescans back to 98% and throws the same error. When I take it out entirely and reboot the system it says 'No SD Card Found, Please insert SD Card" Anyone seen this, or have any ideas?

Apparently I need this for my z130bt upgrade, and it'd be easier than spending 2 hours taking the bandwith to download the whole .rar Again, just need the cardinfo file from this torrent posted somewhere. Had a hunch the zip file was being corrupted, and it was. I was doing it on a mac, and it wasnt extracting testmode.key/hackmode.key/or the read me. I started up a windows 7 VM, and unpackaged it and everything was there. Weird, wonder if any other mac users noticed this.

A package would be awesome - I, for the life of me, can't get ANY test mode to work. Does anyone have working/updated testmode files for a z130bt? I've been searching the forums for hours trying to find them, and everything i find and extract to my SD will not boot.

Concur with these findings. I suspect (hope) that it's just a matter of a pandora app update to update the pioneer portion.

Thanks for the response. I'm 98% sure I'm using the PAC interface. That actually makes a lot of sense as to why it won't work in those modes. It's just odd that the volume on the steering wheel works in those modes. I guess I'll have to find someone who knows their way around the PAC interface to look at it for me, I am using the ipod/pandora modes 100% of the time, I never use the radio, so if it has to be one way or the other, i'd prefer it intuitively work for the iPod. had my z130 for about a year now, and up until about a month ago everything worked 100% perfectly, including my bypass. As of three weeks ago however, my steering wheel controls for skip forward/backward no longer work when in Pandora or iPod mode. They work in radio mode, but not any mode that uses my phone. I have to use the buttons on the unit to skip songs. That being said, my steering wheel volume controls work just fine on the Pandora/iPod mode, as does the mode button. I can confirm, that once pandora is started and wont unpause, if you hit the ipod source, wait 2 seconds, then go back to pandora everything will function normally.

I have the 130BT (version 3.00) and the new 4S phone. When you start Pandora, it plays for a millisecond then pauses. When you unpause it, it plays for another split second then pauses again. I did find that if you switch to the ipod source, pandora will play fine but you wont get any album art on the screen, it just spins. I tried that. While the video was playing on the iphone, and i also tried putting it in app mode before, and then starting the video from the iphone. No dice. Under the video tab there is only the option to select from actual files on the device, so I'm not sure how to pass the video through. Unless I'm doing something wrong.. I just hit the 'app mode' button, right?

So, yesterday the MLB At-bat iPhone app released an update which included the ability for A/V out for games/video highlights. This has me wondering if there is any way to get the games (or video highlights) from within the app to stream to the avic. Has anyone done anything like this with this app, or a similar app besides netflix? The audio from the videos/games streams through the system but I can't figure out how to get video. Thoughts?

Apologies if this has been asked ad nauseum, I didn't see anything here about it nor did I see anything in the manual (which probably answers my question) but I figured I'd ask just in case. Is there any way to view your nav route while on the AV (ipod) screen? Like, a split screen of the route & album/song or have the next direction apppear at the bottom of the screen like you can do with the track listing on the nav page? Thanks!
