Need some help here as well. Just had a x930bt installed and it was all working like a champ.....then..... the control mode (touch screen) ipod controls worked perfectly. Now it is gone. I can still play the sound through the av1, but no on-screen controls, that were previously there. the control mode icons are not there either, to switch back and forth from passenger control, etc.... So, i got music, but no onscreen controls. I have tried everything that i can possibly think of. I dont see a cable problem as it was not touched. It was just gone from the unit when i turned it

new to the forum and need a little help. bought the 930bt and post-install as i am going over it with the installer, the box says 9310bt. Installer says its the same unit, just different number he gets. Mutual friend so i say ok. so after hours trying to get bluetooth to stay connected to my htc incredible, i am looking for firmware updates. seems there are two different units. then again i could be wrong. looking for whether that really is a 'dealer' unit identical to the 930bt (it is appearance wise) and any help on the BT problems. thank you.
