As you can see from pics, I have removed unit but cannot get to cracked screen....help/assistance would be appreciated

I have a cracked touch screen also. Are you saying one has to remove the whole unit or just the motorized part that contain the touch & lcd screen? Are there any pictures or (I doubt it) videos that I could look at?
