RedEye, That's good to know. I did manage to get the trigger working by reversing the polarity. However, I did notice that the camera occasionally freeze on the Back-Up Camera screen and wouldn't trigger when I placed the car in reverse after the initial start-up. -Dave

UPDATE: Version 4.01 does not function with the back-up camera Version 3 does, only issue left is the Reverse Trigger

I'm having the same issue, I plugged a camera directly into the Brown RCA line and received a black screen. I occasionally get scan lines on the screen and the Reverse trigger won't work either. If anybody has any advice or is in the Keene, NH area I could definitely use the hand. AVIC F-700BT 4.01 Version Pyle PLCM18SC I would like to remain with this version since the 2.08 isn't compatible with the iPad

UPDATE: I just made another attempt at a re-install of the FX3.1 image and got this error from the AV file Exception: 0xC0000005 Address: 028056F4

Good Evening I'm the owner of an AVIC f700BT currently using version 3.1 and my unit keeps rebooting after a clean install any advice on what I can do to get my F700 up and running again? -Dave
