hmmm... I'm having a similar issue. No voice prompts, but when I get to my destination, it does say, 'you have arrived.' Really helpful, right! This is so serious, I'm actually reading the manual and calling tech. support. No luck from either of them. If I do find something, I'll post it here. Good luck.

I got the D3 installed a couple of weeks ago with every accessory except the back-up camera. It's in a Porsche 911 convertible, so the camera seemed overkill (though I was tempted...). The bluetooth connection works OK, but the voice quality that people hear is terrible! It sounds fine when I'm standing still, but after 20 MPH, it is almost useless. Meanwhile, I can hear them clearly at 70+ MPH. I had the mic by the rear view mirror, then moved it down to the center of the console. Both locations give the same result. And yes, the top is up! I have the BTB200 and a Verizon razor (V3M) connected to a D3. The phone autoconnects just fine once I registered the phone. I can't transfer the addressbook.
