  1. Got off the phone with Pio on this one last week and they told me:(get this) "The Ipod Menu button on the D3 has absolutely no functionality!!! I told them that it does work for a sort time and they said that was a surprise to them. lmfao! haha shows how much they know about their own product.
  2. my D3 does the same thing that you described with the ipod. so its normal. i dont know if we can change it or not though
  3. well guys i figured out what was goin on with my D3. i was really hoping it wasnt a problem with the unit itself and luckily it was just a crossed pre out for my amp that runs the highs and mid speakers. basically they hooked up the front rca cables to the rear pre out and the rear rcas to the front pre out. i was scratchin my head earlier tonight and i was going to bring it back to circuit city tomm. to get it fixed. we were gonna put a new D3 in and everything, even though mine is only 3 days old, lol. so luckily i can save myself some trouble now. so anyway i just went out to the car, pulle
  4. im pretty sure the bypass was succesful because i can watch video and have full function of the navi menu when driving. its just this audio issue with the navigation voice and the beeps that has me stumped
  5. yea the bypass works fine. i thought it might be a muting issue but i found the setting under the initial tab and it was on normal and not mute or att
  6. just got my new D3 installed and everything works great, but i found that when i was using the navigation feature the voice guidance was not working nor were the beeps when you press the buttons. i checked the volume on the beeps and voice guidance and they are all turned up and the voice guidance is on. what happens is, i am driving along listening to my ipod or radio and when i come to a turn where it should give me directions, the music mutes and i hear nothing and then the music comes back on. I do have amps and all aftermarket speakers. any help would be appreciated.
