I am looking at finally installing a backup camera. I was wondering what does everyone think would be the best camera for a 1998 Toyota Tacoma? I have done the search and it seems there is good and bad ones. I just looking for one that will give me good night vision as well as daytime visibility. Do the cameras you get off ebay work that well, my instinct says for 29.99 they could not work that well Thanks for any info

I have had it about a week now and have driven over 500 miles. Hopefully that is enough time to calibrate it.

I input my addresses that I want to go to and it directs me there just fine, the problem is when I get there I am usually 5 to 6 houses from where I should be. It the same with business destinations. It just seems to be a good 500 or 600 yards off. All my setting are fine, my speedomter on the d3 is perfect and it tells me to turn when i need to turn. If I am aproaching a turn it will tell me a turn is coming up in .5 miles, and It is exactly .5 miles away. When I look at the map, I am right where I should be. Is this just something I am going to have to live with, or is something wrong

I have read the manual from front to back. I know how to turn it on so it dims at night. What I want to know is how to change the map from white during the day, to a black map backgound color. It seams like it can't be done. The night dimming feature does change the screen. I am not to kean on leaving my park lights on during the day to get a darker map. I just must be a feature that isn't offered. As far as city to city, I do that all the time on mapquest and it has no problem finding a route. It just picks the center of the city you are going to. What happens if you aren't going

I was also wanting to do this. I am used to the phonebook on my cellphone being in order. I would like to know if this is possible.

I need to know if you can just do a city to city search? Like say Las Vegas to Orlando. Or do you always have to enter a street address? Also can you change the color background of the map. I have seen other units were you can make the map color black. Thanks for any info.

Hi,, I installed my d3 and btb200 today. I love this thing just need to check all th options out. Any way my bluetooth isnt' working. I was reading the maunal to try to set my phone up. You have to pair it with the d3. I just don't know what I need to do to pair it. The first instruction says to touch the phone connect on the function menu. Then it says to touch search for available phones. The only problem there is no search button. So now what? I have tried to reset the bluetooth unit as well as the d3 and the same thing happens. Hi, I am getting my d3 installed tomorrow. I am wondering if this device tells you the name of the street to turn on? Example will it say "turn right on Eagle Dr." in 100 yards, or does it just say "turn at next right". I really hope it says the street names. Thanks for the info

I am curious if anyone has heard how much the updated disks from pioneer for the d3 or any of the other units will be? I had heard $250.00. Hopefully it is not that expensive. Thanks
