Hay Falkey77 and Audi88, did the metra adapter solve this problem of weak radio reception for you or just amplify the static?

I had the same issue with a cable off eBay. The cablejive cable worked perfectly and seems to be the best option.

I've noticed that when I call someone they answer and by the time I can hear them they have been on the line for about 5 or 6 seconds. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, does anyone know how to make the phone ring through the speakers while your waiting for a call to connect? Thanks

I turned my mic volume up and Siri works much better now. I don't know about call volume yet though.

Where do you have your mic mounted? On my old stereo I had it up by the rear view mirror and it seemed to worked ok. Now I have it on top of the steering column with the AppRadio and it Siri seems much harder to use. I dont know if its the mic location or the new stereo.

I get that it splits off for video but is there no way to have video thru the USB cable? I just assumed that Pioneer made the cable system overly complicated for some reason. I ordered a cablejive dockXtender so I can wrap up the OEM cable with zip ties and stuff it under the dash.

Has anyone found a good remote for the AppRadio?? The touch screen interface isn't what I'd hoped it would be and my vehicle doesn't have steering wheel controls. I have tried the CDSR100 that came with my DEH-P7100BT but no go.

I found that Siri can't understand me through the Bluetooth mic. Anyone else find this? Apparently the call quality is fine on both ends.

I'm assuming that the new harness will have a usb input on it. Do you know if you will be able to plug a normal iPhone cord into it instead of the OEM garden hose it comes with??

Does anyone know what the wiring harness is for that's to the right of the "output cable" harness? On a side note, I want to add some kind of remote. Wireless or wired as I don't have steering wheel controls to tap into. Any suggestions?
