I had the same issue lastnight. I started up the car and screen was black. Re-started the car up again and look like no power at all but came on after a while. Was Freeeeezin outside so that's probably it.

I have the BB Storm and mine connects to both BT and BT Audio at the same time and work GREAT. Mine also auto detects.

Well problem solved. I had to reset the BT device and install a program called BlueFTP into my BlackBerry Storm and I had NO issues transferring my contacts over. I guess I walked around Telus's blocking system... As for the problem before updating, I was apple to connect with my LG shine but it would disconnect and re-connect at times. Sometimes not even connect at all. Or it will show its connected but when I dialed a number u wouldn't hear it from the car speakers at all. Question about Jetware. I was always curious on if this support the BlackBerry Storm or no???

Okay okay maybe I should've searched first but I need to ask y'all. Has anybody had any luck on pairing the Blackberry Storm with their D3 BT systems??? I dunno if its the new 2008 map upgrade but I notice ever since I upgraded the system its really hard to pair phones with the D3 BT I just been havin mad trouble. Not sure if the D3 BT can be paired with the new BT versions. Anybody?

Telus has their BT blocked so u can't tranfer ur phonebook. If u do feel no way to share on how. I been tryin for a year and didn't succeed.

Well there are a few bugs in the D3 and a spellin error in the BT department. I still think a firmware is needed for this D3. Fix some of them minor bugs.

Now can someone actually figure out why in the world the F Series that just came out has soooo many firmware updates and us wit this D series can't get a damn firmware. WHy? How? I think us D series owners were like hoes and got SCREWED. What do YOU think?

I doubt it. If that was to happen I think Pioneer would have to come up with a new firmware addin this feature and a new XM adapter enablin the devise to send out that signal.

I have also notice that my Navtraffic loads up a lot faster than before. Use to have to wait a few minutes before the XM Navtraffic icon would appear on the map but not it about 30 seconds and it pops up and runnin. Hope Pioneer plans on releasin the 2008 upgrades a lot sooner than they did the 2008 discs.[/i][/b]

I haven't notice any missing icons BUT I have notice this since I bought my D3 is that I am missing a few stations. I'm not sure if thats normal but I am missin stations. P.S. Ryan it it was my gas cap. It wasn't tighten so I tighten it today and took a drive and BOOM it was gone.

I thought it would be sweet to find out on how many people are happy with there updates. What problems they have in-countered. What changes have takin place. I have notice my D3 loads faster. They have update the hwy names. Updated my streets BUT I have notice that the POI appear in spots that NEVER had that POI there. Gas stations not at actual spots, some of em. My NavTraffic is different. It no longer shows a screen that indicates no incidents. It jus says "Toronto. This provides Metro". But other than that its all sweeeeeeet.

I think the file missin is the splash screen. I notcie when at start up after the upgrade I don't see the Pioneer start up screen at all. It jus goes to a black screen for awhile and then it goes to the warnin screen and press ok and navi is up and runnin. Anyone else have the same thing???

How do I uncompress this ISO file form? I used Imgburn an it "complete successfully" but when I go read the size of the disc it reads 2.94. What am I doin wrong OR what programs y'all using?

Put it this way. Everybody now got their 2008 disc and will not torrent em. Lets face it y'all we outta luck with the torrent. BUT when I do receve my disc Im a upload em and email it to someone who can Torrent em. U can count on me...

I personally think that the Torrent people have burnt are really meant for the AVIC N5 and thats it. If u look at the disc that came with the N5 should say "For AVIC-N5" so it prolly has a different format somewhere in there. I dunno I jus think thats the issue. The new released discs are prolly made differently and is meant for the other systems... I dunno jus speakin out my ass lol
