Is it as simple as just grounding the parking brake wire and transfer the mute over to the empty pin and grounding it as well? Installing one in a customer's minivan right now and they want it to play vids for the kiddies. TIA.

The navigation is pretty much inop. How do you fix this? We've tried replacing all the wires and gps antenna and even benched it in another car. Pioneer Service Center in Long Beach, CA sent it back as "Unable to Duplicate"... 3 times. But everytime we try it here or back in the customer's car, it's the same thing.

Tried 2.02 on my Touch and a customers 700BT and it didn't help.

I didn't have time to play with my customer's unit but it was definitely quicker to respond to button presses.

has anyone tried grounding the orange/white wire yet? I read it on installercentral. Its the illum wire but i dont see how its gonna work. supposedly it keeps the z2 in night mode but whatever. Normally its a + input.
