No one knows huh..

i updated via pioneers website to 3.0 and it deleted my maps. so i did this http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/32763-english-avicnet-for-avic-f-series-working-obdii/ and it says that wince was updated and to reboot and when i do the pioneer logo comes on and goes to black screen. i cant get into test mode. after the first update everything worked but the maps were gone. now nothing works.
