I did not bypass the AVIC-920bt.de still is not to enter the menu (setup. ........).how to do hard reset....or restore original settings?

I bought 920bt.when AVIC I get into the menu than 2 Icon active.i can change language German to English.what to do?have only power wire not rca for video out.........etc
