As I said, Others with that problem have succeeded with the update using a Kingston MicroSDHC 8GB class 4 memory card. I have not had any problems doing the update with a SanDisk and a Nokia but the most frequently used with success is the Kingston above. Failing that, perhaps your download was corrupt. And did you perform a full format to fat 32

You can download the update files from here: http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/35601-cnsd-310fm-eu-2012-update/page-1 That update will likely fix your brick and update your firmware all at the same time. To Backup. Put this TESTMODE.KEY file on a FAT32 Formatted sd card.. http://avic411.com/i...attach_id=15233 instert SD to your AVIC, Pioneer Service Mode will appear, move down and enter FILE MAINTENANCE, go to USER, select COPY on the menu, move up, and go to SD, select PASTE on the menu, once it finish - BACKUP IS DONE. Now repeat for the NDATA Folder now hold EJEC -
you have already posted this in another thread, there is no need to post in multiple places

And have you tried the sd card I recommended? And make sure you're FAT32 Formatting your SD Card using the windows utility and make sure its a Complete format

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what that means. Have you read this entire thread as pretty much every issue found has been resolved. And have you tried the sd card I recommended?

For me, the F930 was by far the best option, I managed to pick it up on ebay for £270 quid, plus the surround (for my Civic) and I added the rear view cam too. I had a good look at various different models from the sph-da100 type devices to other makes and this for me really was the best. Since installing AppRadio Extensions yesterday, I have had a good play with various apps and all seem to run fine on the head unit. The onlything i will say is nothing ever really runs full screen. Dash Command was quite a cool App i put on there but that requires the ODB2 wifi connector but its quit

Well apparently i was wrong! Thats rather a good result! Tou summerise, I have a F930BT Software upgraded to F940BT Jailbroken iPhone 4s iOS 6 appradio extentions Pretty much any app i wanted working Runs really nice too!

As far as im aware, the appradio extentions doesnt work on the F930/40 series, its more for the sph-da100 type devices. Also, i would looke to getting the much cheaper F930BT and just updating the software. The 930 is exactly the same hardware as the 940 but loads cheaper as its the older model but fully software upgradable to be the same as a F940 using this method here: http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/35601-cnsd-310fm-eu-2012-update/ Im just looking into the appradio extentions and support for the F930/40 but im 99.9% sure im right in that it doesnt work.
