  1. so I updated to 3.0, and everything is fantastic, but when I make or receive a phone call over bluetooth, it just shows the buttons, and I remember seeing a screenshot that showed a black background just for those buttons. Where do I find the file I need to check to make sure its there. I'll try and get a picture of it after work to help show what I'm talking about.
  2. So far both the 4900 and the 5900 I have sold with the iPod cable CD-i200 will charge the iPhone as well. I have a 4900 in my demo wall, and I use it to charge my phone while I'm at work. Now keep in mind these are just the cd receivers, not the indash dvd players. But I would assume that it would work the same. I think I have tried it on the Z1, but can't accurately remember
  3. I've noticed that with my 4900 if you plug it in too fast, it won't recognize it, but if you are nice and slow, it works every time. I would give that a shot.
  4. Ok, I got a customer that I installed a Z1 for at least a year in a Lexus, now I moved it to her new Jeep unlimited about 2 months ago. She says that in a certain area in KC the Z1 will restart all by itself. It never did this before, If your familiar at all with the KC area she says its at 435 and 23rd street. In that area going south on 435 it will reset 3 times, then be fine the rest of the duration. Just wondering if there is possible GPS interference that could be causing this? She also has the bluetooth adapter. So any thoughts would be helpful. I tried a search and didn't find anything.
  5. Could anyone tell me exactly what pin this wire in? I did an Install several months ago, and my customer got a new car. The dealer uninstalled everything and didn't give her back the RCA connector 1, so I can't use the circuit to bypass. I was going to try and just solder a small wire to that pin, if its possible, but don't know which pin it is. Let me know if you think it would work.
