  1. Thats what I figure but I expected to see a "parking brake" error...
  2. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I updated my wifes pre june Z2 to allow the bypass and then again w/ the new firmware to fix the "hot start" issues. I was driving with her yesterday and went to type a destination and I was "locked out", I began to watch and it would flicker on then off... There is no parking brake warning. The unit seems to just be switching itself back an forth, no rythm or sequence... I have not pulled it yet and think it is the "1st wire", if it was the 2nd wire wouldn't I be getting a parking brake error? It has got to be the 1st wire because even whe
  3. same thing here... Guess I'll be calling Pioneer tomorrow... UPDATE: Went back to the car and inserted a DVD and after a series of reboots it actually finished the install... Everything looks fine now... I'm thinking it is having trouble finding a file that was loaded during the update...

  5. My First Post... I changed the background image but Pioneer applies thier logo and some copyright stuff to the image when displayed, anyone figure a way around this? I have a D3 too and it does not do the same thing... Thanks, James
