No mute on radio/ipod with navigation after z140 update

What update are you referring to for the Z-140 as I don't see any firmware updates? -
After upgrading to iOS 6, my iPod Touch now does not seem to work as well with Pandora. For instance, the artist and the song can be mismatched and sometimes the album art doesn't display unless I unplug the iPod and plug it back in. I have the Avic Z140BH. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?
