I did download that, but I have no idea how to get it onto my phone

Hey guys, long time lurker. I Have the appradio 1 and an Iphone4 with IOS 6, I jailbroke the Iphone and installed cydia and appradio extensions from cydia hoping to really bring this deck alive. I finally read the first page of this thread and realized well okay, extensions isnt compatible with IOS 6 so thats why it was crashing my phone. My question is, should I look into downgrading to IOS 5.1 or wait for it to be compatible?
