outside, when first installed 6 months ago it worked fine. Now it seems its taking longer to come on.....

My car stereo dealer installed the antenna top driver side window of truck body

When I first start my 2006 3500 chevy pickup the xm radio says check antenna , after 20 min or so it comes on. I can turn off the truck all day long and it comes on its only first thing in the morning, Any ideas ................. Thanks , Steve
