  1. Ok im glad it worksfor you your right im wrong im simply going by the manual included with the unit itself
  2. you can put multiple images on same disk and then load a bunch of dummy pics onto disk basically....Create a folder on your desktop/laptop that is named pictures. Drag the jpg. images into the folder. Also make sure that you have over 1.88 mb of data you cannot mix file types such as mp3 jpg etc. keep them all the same JPG(picture format only) and has to be a closed Cd no CD-RW do these things on CD-R and finalize it and you'll be all good
  3. i paid $75 dollars for install REAl install on 2008 scion Xb (PITA nobody had wiring diagrams yet not even toyota could figure it out but my install guy did ) VSS ,bypass, and paid 15 bucks for shop fees to cover fiberglassing, and painting center piece to match the deck color... it fits so well into car that it doesnt have a plastic install kit look all smooth like budda
  4. for number 1 follow link http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4670 number2 read the user manual it gives step by step on the backgrounds and the tricks to get it to work as well as suggestions number 3 depends on if you have the VSS wire hooked up as that helps provide damn close accuracy but theres not a manual way to calibrate it
