  1. I'm not sure if its the same with my Z150...but I had a similar problem. The screen wouldn't dim at night when the headlights were on. Not just distracting...very dangerous, as the brightness reduced my visibility and the glare put a giant white block on the windshield like a HUD. LOL The dealer had failed to connect it properly (if they connected it at all). When I brought it back in, they connected the sensor it to the light circuit in the ash-tray. That light only comes on when the headlights are in the on-position, so the switch only trips when the headlights on. Silly th
  2. Okay - so here's the Samsung Galaxy S3 Answer, direct from Pioneer.... STOP #1 - Pioneer's online support. 3. Hi there - so I'm in the same boat: Galaxy S3, but using the Z150BH like SCOUPHYND does in the original post in this string. I'm thinking that the problem here is compatibility. I just checked the Pioneer website and found that the GS3 is not listed in the list of compatible devices. I'm hoping that they mean "...yet." There's probably a leap from S2 to S3 that they have yet to figure out, so for now, its a waiting game while we live with simple BlueTooth connectivity (phone and music, primarily). Here's the link to the compatibilty mode. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/C
  4. Thanks for the note, Humv - Yes. I did set everything up for the Android on the Z150BH. The unit was installed by a dealer and I specifically asked for the Android connector, etc. But I think I found the problem. Android does not show campatibility with the Samsung Galaxy S3 on their list. DAMN!! LOL This is as of today: May 3. Here is the compatibility list direct from Pioneer's website. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/UnAssigned-Content/Android+Compatibility The problem is mine, though. I assumed compatibility would be there. I'm not sure what the leap is from
  5. Same issue here. I've purchased the right cable and followed the instructions to the letter. Blue tooth functions work fine for phone and music, but nothing else. I've tried every trick I could imagine, to no avail (uninstall all of the recommended apps - AppRadio, etc., power off, restarteverything, remove/reinstall apps, everything. I know the cables are correctly, installed because I watched them install it personally. I'm on an anddroid Galaxy iii. Which s approved. suggestions?
