Hopefully this is not a dumb question, but will a Z1 play a mini-DVD from a camcorder? I searched this forum and the manual, but couldn't find a answer. Thanks Aj.

You know somebody at Pioneer is sitting back laughing at us for going though all this work, just so we don't have to park and pushing parking brake to use a $2,000+ radio! Guys here are ripping this thing apart and searching every corner. When some insider is thinking alll you have to do is... Its probably something real simple like all the other bypasses. I'm being to dislike those guys at Pioneer. lol

I'm confused. There is a couple posts on page 3 that said the #1 slot is not empty.

I'm no expert by any means. But, just a thought, I know that the connector 1 is not empty and the wire that is there is a mute wire. Has anybody tired to ground the mute wire? I believe that the way the D3 is bypassed.

Mine comes back alive every now and again.[/quote] yes it is the pioneer one and mine did the same thing. somedays it works fine other days the screen is just black.

I know this has been talked about but I cant find if this has been done yet? Sorry if this has been posted before. Has anybody been able to change the startup screen?
