Hi all. I received the AVH-X3500BHS for Christmas and have used it almost exclusively via bluetooth from my iPhone 5. I just now updated the firmware and have been trying to use the guide here to no avail. When I click the home button my "Apps" button is greyed out and I cannot press it. Am I missing a cable, or is this a result of something else? No extra wires were purchased, and the receipt I received showed only the AVH-X3500BHS, Metra 95-7895 and Metra 70-1721.
