I went out on a limb here and guessed that thats you taking the picture of your car, which would make your car BLUE. So, as such, I tired to do what you requested, but I switched up my color approach from the last time (greens) and went with the BLUEs to match the car...I kinda dig the results. Sorry boss, ain't gonna work. With the d3 u need one of the bus adapters and even then it will only work with flash drives up to 2gb I believe, at least thats what worked when I tried it out with my d3 when I had one, it was kind of cool, but for only being able to read 2 gb I didn't feel it was worth the price and returned it.

Just found a JPEG of a boring solid red Toyota logo on google, and the took it into photoshop and worked it a little...not too difficult really. Feel free to let me know if you'd like one changed in anyways...

No, its easy to install. Plug it in the back, run the yellow wire to the yellow on your D3 harness, run the black to the ground wire on the harness or any other ground point, and then place the mic where you want it. Yes it works with the Blackjack, or at least my d3 and blackjack worked flawlessly, and again yes it supports stereo bluetooth so long as your phone does, and if you have the blackjack your fine.
