Okay two years and another release for all these machines. Last time i bought the software and spread the wealth this time i need help as my situation has changed . Hi Everyone Trying to find a solution to my firmware update nightmare... During the update to the latest FW thought everything had gone to plan, but now comes up with no software installed. Had a quick read of this forum, and unfortunately I do not have a backup and I think/guess the HU needs a software rebuild. Is there any way to fix this myself? Thanking you all in anticipation.

HI i have bought a new car and the new system is a Avic F950DAB, i saved all my favourite locations from my old car F840BT to the micro card assuming i could load them to my new system but i cannot work out how to do it. am i being thick or is it not possible? do i need to hack in to place the file in or is it not that simple? any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
