  1. Hi. I'm new here so on start - sorry for my bad ENG, im from PL Ok so i need pinout or someone shoot a few pictures of that RCA connector. I trying to made myself that plug cuz i cant find that connector in poland. When i found its cost fortune... really! They want lot of money for that xD I pay for that avic less than a pair of cheap nike shoes In attach is picture how the radio looks from behind. OK nevermind i chceck that with my self ! Lets start! We need a litlle plugs that are in PC's cases, they are for a LEDs and swithes on front of pc case. I recommend plug with two pins in it because its fit and its no need to sticking one with one by glue So far i found: -Back camera in -Video Out (for e.g. external monitors) -Video in with sound L+R So, pins in radio are (-) ALWAYS on TOP and a signals i mean (+) are on BOTTOM line. See at pic, i start counting pins from RIGHT SIDE! 1. Empty 2. Video Out - ground on top pin and signal on bottom pin 3. Empty 4. Back Camera in 5. Empty 6. Empty 7.Video In 8. audio for Video in - L 9. audio for Video In - R Rest of pins are empty. In some free time i gonna look for Subwoofer Out pins. I hope that was helpful for someone If anything new i find i wil edit post. Thanks MichaƂ
  2. Hi, Been reading the forum for several months since purchase of a Mustang with Z3 installed. Wanting to mirror my Galaxy S4 to the Z3 screen. Bought this cable on Fleabay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Newest-MHL-Micro-USB-to-RCA-HDTV-Adapter-AV-Cable-For-Samsung-Galaxy-S4-S3-S-IV-/291014220266?pt=US_Cell_Phone_PDA_Cables_Adapters&hash=item43c1cc99ea Power the cable through the usb, hook video(yellow), audio(red&white) to the video in RCA's on back of unit. Set the settings to video on, external off. Getting awesome sound but picture is colored lines static, it is getting something because when you change the screen on the phone the z3 screen changes color as well. Any suggestions? Possible that I need an HDMI back to analog(RCA) adapter? Wanting to keep all the connections hid in console & if that's the case I am running out of power ports. Awesome board, thanks for the help, Joel S.
  3. Hi, I found a reverse camera lying around in my house that wasn't being used so I decided to try and hook it up to my d3. The camera was made to be hooked up to a small monitor that it came with, which I don't want to use obviously. The only issue is that the camera has a red wire for power, black for ground then a 3.5mm headphone jack which was supposed to be used to connect the camera to the monitor in the corresponding 3.5mm jack. The d3 reverse camera input jack is an rca plug. I'm just wondering if it would work to just get a 3.5mm to rca adapter and hook that up or if I'd have to do any other wiring? Thanks.
