whtcrxghst
The N3 was very close in terms of hardware but came with new mapping disks. The N2 also required soldering to bypass the video in motion restrictions, the N3 was just a switch
occb2
The user interface is a lot better on the N3. The Ipod control is also a lot better. You can see the display of the Ipod and the XM on the full screen. The N2 it only shows I think 11 or 12 letters. Also the N3 did come with newer mapping software, but you can upgrade the N2 to that mapping software. I just got the N4 for Christmas, so I'll have an N3 for sale on ebay next week. It's actually an N2 head unit that was just referb from Pioneer, then I got it bypassed. With a new N3 Brain. My wife saw that I was looking an the N4 at stores and then Christmas came and it was under the tree. The N4 is different as far as being able to play IPOD video and the screen is a little bigger. Any way. Got to run Rob
