scrupul0us
Has anyone identified the texture/map that defines the image behind the track info and such? Why pioneer would give us something akin to a planet shooting beams of light out of it is beyond me... would be be nice to be able to disable that
HiFiSi
If that image is part of the initial setup info on the disk, you'd have to rip the disk to your computer, find the image file, and replace it with a different image with the same file name, burn it on to a DL DVD-R, and reset the unit/reload the programming. If it's part of the software that is hardwired into the unit, there's nothing you can do about it.
scrupul0us
so the answer to my question is no... no one has found it
HiFiSi
Yeah, pretty much. You're probably just gonna have to deal with it as is.
almulder10
Just thought you might want to know. The picture you are in reference to is actually a picture of a record if you look at it right. Many many people make the same mistake and think it is a picture of something else. But is a vinyl record if you look closer. Hope that helps easy you frustration know it is somewhat related to the function, and not just some random picture Pioneer used.
