However, if you just want a simple backgroud, you can use iPhoto to make is by taking one of you pictures, constraining it to the right size for the Z1 and adding any effets, etc you like. Once complete, export the file as a .jpg file type and your good to go. You can also use PowerPoint if you want to add text, etc....just remember to save the file as a .jpg.
